Riverbend Restaurant brings you the finest in regional American cuisine, with flavors traditional to New England, along the scenic Charles River in Newton, MA. The tantalizing menu prepares fresh ingredients using classic techniques with a modern American twist. With amazing water views and a menu offering ingredients of only the highest quality, every visit will be a culinary revelation. General Manager Louis Carmine had a vision to not only pair great wine with the food, but delicious craft beer as well. Riverbend features many different varieties of Peak Organic on draught throughout the year. Photo: Meghann Gregory

Suzanne Schalow (General Manager) and Kate Baker (Assistant General Manager, Kitchen Guru and Keg Shaker) have established Cambridge Common as one of New England’s Best Beer Bars, and it’s no surprise to us at Peak at all. Cambridge Common is a comfy, welcoming neighborhood restaurant offering celebrated comfort food, huge portions, great prices, and a full bar with 30 craft beers on tap. Often the first spot in New England to introduce the latest and greatest microbrews, Cambridge Common features a number of Peak varieties on draught and on cask throughout the year. Suzanne, Kate and the fabulous staff have made Cambridge Common a local hotspot and cozy hangout as well as a beacon for those who seek better beer and delicious food. photo: Meghann Gregory

No. 7 is the perfect spot to enjoy a Peak. Restaurateur Matt Suchomski is a longtime friend of the company and sets the tone for this casual Brooklyn dining experience. The cuisine could be presented in an upscale and formal environment, but we’re glad jeans are welcome. Chef Tyler Kord has created a seasonally changing menu that is a delight to the palate. His unusual use of sauces and flavors truly make for an exciting dining experience. You can find the IPA on tap at No.7, just named one of Bon Appetit’s Top Ten Best New Restaurants in the Country.

Churchkey and Birch & Barley are the newest additions to DC’s beer scene. Housed in the same building and run by the same staff, Churchkey upstairs is more bar-oriented while Birch & Barley downstairs offers a more classy atmosphere. The food is top notch both upstairs and down, but without a doubt the backbone of the establishment is beer. The best beers in the world are here, served in an unprecedented manner of beauty and elegance. Not only served in their proper glassware, the beers are served at their optimum temperatures thanks to separate coolers for different beer styles. Enjoy a perfect Peak Amber Ale on draft as well as a rotating selection of cask conditioned Peak brews being poured. The staff is an all-star crew of DC’s best beer-tenders who are incredibly knowledgeable about beer, so your experience is certain to be educational as well as tasty.

Frontier Café, Cinema and Gallery is a vision inspired by founder Michael Gilroy’s passion for connecting people with experiences that provoke a sense of discovery.

We discovered Frontier while they were reclaiming an old mill space overlooking the Androscoggin River. Their menu, which changes seasonally (featuring daily specials), is inspired by street markets and bazaars. Whenever possible, they source foods available locally and seasonally and the Peak beer on draft changes accordingly. Frontier is committed to creating an experience that blends fresh local produce, world flavors and seasonal culinary traditions in a lively meeting place. We worked with Frontier’s chef and general manager, Joel McGarvey, as well as photographer Zack Bowen, to capture some of our favorite food pairings.
