When submitting a peak experience via this website, you agree to the following:

By pressing the “SUBMIT” button, I CONFIRM that I have agreed that my photograph, short story and first name, last name, city and state may appear on the label, six-pack, website, newsletter and other promotional materials for Peak Organic Brewing Co., LLC. and understand that no fees for such use will be paid.  I also confirm that I have permission, by the photographer, by other people that may be in the photograph and by any other third party to submit this photograph and that no other party claims any rights to it or is entitled to any payment for its use.  I acknowledge that I am the sole owner of the photograph and that I have the exclusive authority to grant the use of the photograph and story to Peak Organic Brewing Co., LLC.

I also grant license to Peak Organic Brewing Co., LLC to modify my picture or short story as necessary.

I now waive, to Peak Organic Brewing Co., LLC. and its successors, assigns and licensees, all personal rights and objections to any use to be made of my photograph and short story in connection with any packaging, website, newsletter, promotional material, publication, or publicity in connection therewith, and/or for any other trade and advertising purposes. I understand that in proceeding with the release of my photograph, short story and name, Peak Organic Brewing Co., LLC. will do so in full reliance on the foregoing permission.
